By accessing or using ScoreADAT.com (“ScoreADAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the platform.

ScoreADAT is an online educational platform that provides digital study materials for the Advanced Dental Admission Test (ADAT), including but not limited to:

Practice questions

Full-length mock exams

Study planners

PDF summaries (where applicable)

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Results

ScoreADAT does not guarantee any specific exam score, ADAT result, residency placement, or admission outcome.

Exam performance depends on multiple factors including prior education, individual study habits, preparation time, and test conditions.

3. User Eligibility

By using ScoreADAT, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

4. Account Access, Usage & IP Restrictions

Access is granted immediately upon successful payment

Access duration depends on the plan purchased

Each account is personal, non-transferable, and intended for one user only

Each account is restricted to use from a single IP address

The following are strictly prohibited:

Sharing login credentials

Accessing the account from multiple IP addresses

VPN usage to bypass IP restrictions

Account resale or group usage

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ScoreADAT, including but not limited to:

Explanations

Mock exams

PDFs

Platform design and branding

is the exclusive intellectual property of ScoreADAT, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. Copyright, DMCA Notice & Counter-Notification Policy

ScoreADAT respects intellectual property rights and complies with applicable copyright laws.

A. Copyright Takedown Notice

If you believe that any material on ScoreADAT infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing

Your contact information (name, email, address)

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized

A statement that the information provided is accurate

Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid notice, ScoreADAT will promptly review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate.

B. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content removed or disabled was not infringing, or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Identification of the material removed

A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification

Your name, address, and contact information

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada

Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, ScoreADAT may restore the material unless legal action is initiated by the original complainant.

7. Payments, Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on ScoreADAT are in United States Dollars (USD)

Full payment is required before access is granted

Pricing may be changed at any time for future purchases

8. 🚫 Refund Policy — No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of ScoreADAT’s content and immediate access to proprietary materials:

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once access is granted:

No refunds

No cancellations

No exchanges

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

You receive instant digital access

Digital content cannot be returned

You waive any right to a refund

10. Platform Availability

No refunds are issued for service interruptions.
